Every since Grandma and Grandpa bought Courtney a hula hoop in November, Hayden has been working on trying to figure it out himself. Well, after much work and help from the Wii Fit board, last week Hayden was able to figure it out by himself. He was so proud of himself and so excited that he can finally do it. Now he practices almost every day.
I love his wind up to get started and the grunting!

That's amazing! Maybe I could do it too if I practiced everyday but then again...maybe not.

Way to go Hayden--that's not an easy task to accomplish. They have hula hoops here in the gyms. We see them being used by the ladies at the gym we walk by. Also a lady from Belarus has her name in the genius book of record for doing 101 turns with a hula hoop!! A little bit of very important trivia.
I am NOT a good hula-hooper! Hayden will have to teach me!
